Born on December 11, 1974 in Farmington, Maine
Mt. Abram High School

Ranked 2nd in class of 60, 88 average, accepted at Bowdoin College. She is a member of National Honor Society, and she received the University of Maine Award of Merit High Honor.

She played Soccer for 4 years, gaining a varsity letter in each. She had the following soccer honors: All-State Soccer Team for 3 years; Maine Sunday Telegram All-Sate Team for 2 years; Northeast Soccer Club MVP Defense; and MVP in her 3rd and 4th seasons.

She played varsity basketball for 4 years and played in Christmas Tournament All-State as a senior, MVC first team (senior), starter for the 1991 Class C State Champions. She was a member of Western Maine Mountain All-Star Team (senior), member of McDonald's Senior All-Star Team (senior), Maine Sunday Telegram All-State Team (senior), All-Maine Clinic runner-up for Best Defense, All-Maine Clinic Best Defense, Morning Sentinel Player of the Year, and was a MVP.

Her School/Community Activities consisted of: Speech & Drama; Literary Club; School Newspaper; Class Secretary, Class President (2-3); Prom Committee; Chemistry Award; Coach for intramural basketball; helping elderly with odds jobs at Shadagee Senior Citizens Housing; Theta RHO; and cleaning local parks.

Our Mission

The Maine Sports Hall of Fame was established in 1972 for the purpose of: 1) appointing and bestowing recognition awards and scholarships to outstanding Maine high school scholar-athletes; and, 2) to formally honor and memorialize Maine athletes and sports figures who have brought distinction and honor to the state of Maine.
