Born on November 13, 1973 in Presque Isle, Maine
Old Town High School

Ranked top 15% of class, 86 average, accepted at University of Maine,

Girls East-West All-Star Team and Bangor Daily News All-Maine Girls Basketball Third Team.

She also was a 3-year Varsity Letter winner in Field Hockey and was co- Presque Isle, and a member of the National Honor Society.

She played basketball for 4 years and was a co-captain in her senior year. She also participated in Big East Girls All-Conference Team, Eastern Maine Class A Girls All-Tourney Team, McDonald's captain in her senior year, and took part in the All-State Field Hockey First Team and PVC First Team All-Star.

She also played Softball with 4 Varsity letters, was tri-captain her senior year, and a PVC First Team All-Star.

Her School/Community Activities included: Class President; Student Council; Girls' State; Pep Club; Homecoming Queen; Winter Carnival Queen; National Honors Society; Representative Assembly; Student Representative, St. Joseph's Parish Council 1988-1990; and, Volunteered for the Rotary Christmas Party for 3 years.

The Maine Sports Hall of Fame was established in 1972 for the purpose of: 1) appointing and bestowing recognition awards and scholarships to outstanding Maine high school scholar-athletes; and, 2) to formally honor and memorialize Maine athletes and sports figures who have brought distinction and honor to the state of Maine.
