Sarah is ranked #7 in her class of 184 with a GPA of 5.80. She has been accepted to attend Tufts University with a major in economics. She is the daughter of John and Madelyn Conroy.
A 3 three-sport athlete, Sarah captained her Tiger teams in Field Hockey, Basketball, and Softball. In field hockey she was named to the SMAA (league) and State All-Star and All-State teams and is regarded as one of the state's premier soft hall players. In her four years as a high school athlete, Sarah has achieved a great deal and has been recognized for these accomplishments. But, as one coach states, "she is the epitome of a team player, never looking for the spotlight and always giving her teammates the credit of her accolades."
Sarah has been a member of Student Council for four years, serving as Treasurer of her class. She is a "Natural Helper," a member of the National Honor Society, Dirigo Girls' State delegate, and a volunteer for several programs in her school and community. This year she was named by the Biddeford-Saco Elks Lodge as Biddeford High School Student of the Year. "Four years of year-round athletics, at all times being a role model for those who will follow." "Sarah brings together the best possible ascpects fo the student-athlete."

The Maine Sports Hall of Fame was established in 1972 for the purpose of: 1) appointing and bestowing recognition awards and scholarships to outstanding Maine high school scholar-athletes; and, 2) to formally honor and memorialize Maine athletes and sports figures who have brought distinction and honor to the state of Maine.
